Even though Alunan Kasih is over, the 10 finalists will get their chances to sing their songs on stage from time to time. In many ways this competition have also given them exposure and now its up to them to use this opportunity to perform their best and deliver the real message behind their songs.

Follow-up to the Alunan Kasih Song writing competition.

The session on 1st june was attended by abt 30 pax. There were performances by Reyza (Pelita Dunia), Fino (Anugerah) and Heizal (Nikmat Cintanya).

There were inputs from asatizahs who were present, Ust Saiful Adli, Ust Effendie et al on the topic “CINTA”.

Tears flowed at several moments during the session. The songs and the presence of those song writers + their messages have again touched many hearts…

I want to take this opportunity share that Adik Hakim’s mother (Falsafah Hidup) passed away on Fri, 30 June, night. May Allah s.w.t. place her soul among the righteous. Ameen.

It has been a long day at Insound Studios yesterday. For the first time, the 10 chosen finalist were called in to do interviews!! Some of them had to do 3 rounds of interviewing and finally a song guide was done to allow the singers to practice for the competition.

Its been quite a long day for the Alunan Kasih committee. From 64 entries, now we have stream down to 16 entries. It was quite a hard process to choose the best 16 because we had to listen to the 64 songs over and over again.

The final 10 will eventually be chosen by our special judges from the Music Industry. So now the choices are not in our hands anymore. Top 10..will you be the one? We will know the answers in a few days time. Keep in tune to this site ok.

Earlier Bro Osman, General Manager of Life Records, came over to advice on us regards to the partnerships and distribution process if this project is eventually marketed.So stay tune and come back to this site again for the next few days.
